Description
The IKEA KURA Bed Platform with Two Drawers NestUp Storage Pine Front was developed for families who want to make practical use of the space under the IKEA KURA bed.
Because a Children’s Room Should Be More Than Just Practical
Because Order in the Children’s Room Can Change Everyday Life
NestUp was developed specifically for families who want to make practical use of the space under the IKEA KURA bed.
Children’s rooms can quickly become cluttered. Toys, bedding, books and everyday items accumulate under the bed or throughout the room.
NestUp transforms this free area into well-designed storage space that creates order, calm and more room in the children’s room.
The system combines practical functionality with a natural, warm appearance that suits modern family rooms.
Ideal for parents looking for practical solutions while maintaining an attractive interior.
The NestUp Platform
The platform is made from natural, untreated pine. It can be used in its natural wood colour or painted to match the children’s room.
The system can be used both when the mattress is on the upper level of the IKEA KURA bed and after conversion with the mattress on the lower level.
The platform was designed to retain the characteristic small cut-outs and the shape of the original IKEA KURA bed. This gives the entire system a harmonious and consistent appearance.
The NestUp Drawers
The NestUp drawers were designed for everyday use and offer a more stable construction than many comparable products on the market.
Important features:
- Stable drawer base with a thickness of 15 mm
(many standard solutions use only 4–6 mm) - Lacquered drawer fronts
for an easy-care surface and fewer visible signs of everyday use - Silicone wheels
to protect the floor and ensure quieter, smoother opening
The entire system combines practical functionality with durable, high-quality workmanship.
The IKEA KURA Bed Platform with Two Drawers NestUp Storage Pine Front makes practical use of the free space under the bed and keeps toys, bedding and other items neatly stored.
