There is valuable space under the IKEA KURA bed that often remains unused in everyday life.
At the same time, bedding, toys, books and many other things that are needed every day accumulate in the children’s room but rarely have a permanent place.
NestUp Storage XL uses this free area for an extra-large drawer where even larger items can be stored neatly.
This creates additional storage space without taking up any more room in the children’s room.
One XL Drawer for More Than Just Toys
With the IKEA KURA Bed Storage Platform with XL Drawer NestUp Storage XL White Front, bedding, toys, books and large everyday items can be stored neatly.
✓ One extra-large XL drawer provides space for bedding, large toys, books, storage boxes and many other items that often do not fit into ordinary drawers.
✓ The 15 mm thick drawer base is significantly more stable than the 4–6 mm commonly used in many comparable products and is also suitable for heavier items.
✓ The drawer runs on wheels and can be pulled out easily without getting stuck or hitting the bed posts.
✓ Can be used regardless of whether the mattress is on the upper or lower level of the IKEA KURA bed.
✓ The platform is made from natural pine. The white drawer front is treated with water-based lacquer and is easy to keep clean.
✓ Additional space remains free above the XL drawer. If this area is to be used as a sleeping place, we recommend NestUp Base or NestUp Board as a suitable base for a mattress.

Material & Workmanship
NestUp Storage XL can be used both when the mattress is on the upper level of the IKEA KURA bed and after conversion with the mattress on the lower level.
If the free area above the XL drawer is to be used as a sleeping place, we additionally recommend NestUp Base or NestUp Board.
Design
The platform is made from natural, untreated pine and can be used in its natural wood colour or painted individually.
The white drawer front is treated with water-based lacquer and is suitable for everyday use in the children’s room.
