Everything you need to put your I Love KURA product together — and what to do if something isn’t clear.

Before you start

Unpack everything and check the contents against the parts list in your instructions. If anything is missing or damaged, stop and write to us at info@ilovekura.eu with your order number and a photograph. Do not use a damaged part.

Work on a soft surface — a blanket or the packaging itself — to protect both the parts and your floor.

Give yourself enough space. Most products are easier to assemble with a second pair of hands.

What you need

Printed instructions are included with every order. They list the tools required for your specific product. In most cases you need only basic household tools; anything special is included in the box.

Digital instructions for your product are available through the link in your order confirmation e-mail, and through the QR code on the leaflet in your parcel.

If a part doesn’t fit

Do not force anything. If a part does not fit as shown in the instructions, it is usually one of three things: a part fitted the wrong way round, a step done out of order, or a genuine fault on our side.

Write to info@ilovekura.eu with your order number, the step number you are stuck on and a photograph of the problem. We answer quickly and we would much rather help than have you return a product that only needs one small correction.

Safety

Please read this even if you assemble furniture regularly.

Follow the instructions in the order given. Steps are sequenced so that the structure stays stable while you work.

Tighten everything fully. Loose connections are the most common cause of problems later.

Check the product regularly after assembly. Screws, connections and fixings loosen over time, especially in a child’s room. Check them every few months and after moving the product.

Adult supervision. Products for children must be used only under adult supervision. Assembly itself should always be done by an adult.

Do not modify our products. Drilling extra holes, shortening parts or combining them with components they were not designed for changes how the product behaves under load. Damage caused this way is not covered by the statutory guarantee — and more importantly, it may not be safe.

Keep small parts away from children during assembly.

Missing parts

If a screw, fitting or component is missing, write to info@ilovekura.eu with your order number and the part number from your instructions. We send replacement parts free of charge.

Natural characteristics of wood

Our products are made wholly or partly of wood. Differences in grain, colour, knots and surface pattern occur naturally and are not a fault. Small variations are what makes each piece its own.

Lost your instructions?

Our products are designed to be straightforward, and most people can take them apart and reassemble them without instructions.
