Material & Workmanship

NestUp Base is made of solid pine and was specially developed for the IKEA KURA bed.

All wooden elements are sanded smooth and left unvarnished. This keeps the natural wood structure visible, and the system visually matches the construction of the IKEA KURA bed perfectly.

As wood is a natural material, the grain, colour and structure may vary slightly. Over time, pine may naturally darken slightly.

Design

NestUp Base was specially developed to fit harmoniously into the IKEA KURA bed.

The construction is visually based on the characteristic details of the original bed and creates a stable foundation for an additional sleeping space or for use above the NestUp Storage system.

For a consistent overall appearance.
